Heating the Pillow in a Microwave

Ensure that the microwave is clean and free of oil or food residue. Distribute the filling evenly within the pillow. Arrange the pillow in the middle of the turning table, ensuring that it doesn’t touch the sides of the microwave, does not get pinched in the door, or otherwise interferes with the microwave’s proper operation.

Heat the pillow for 90 seconds. Take it out, shake the content and check the temperature. Distribute filling evenly within the pillow and repeat for 30 seconds. Never heat the pillow more than 2 minutes total heating time. Always check the temperature of the pillow prior to using it. Overheating the pillow might cause burns on skin and product.
